Meet the Team
Richard Bull
Commercial and Technical Manager

Richard has been with Farm Mix as commercial lead since its inception in 2013 and has led the growth of the business. Richard brings over 35 years of experience and has held both commercial and technical positions in pig production, nutrition, compound feed, genetics and pharma. Richard is married to Angela with a grown-up family and enjoys introducing his grandchild to his allotment.
Jonathan Jackson
Office Manager

Jon joined Farm Mix in 2018 and led the expansion into warehousing and distribution as well as the MS Schippers partnership. Jon has good relationships with the authorising regulatory bodies in the UK and is the ‘go to’ person for all day to day enquiries. Jon is married to a livestock veterinary surgeon and they live in Yorkshire with their two young daughters.
Tim Wilkinson

Tim joined Farm Mix in 2020 bringing previous warehouse experience from the veterinary and equestrian sectors. Tim manages our warehouse ensuring accurate stock- and record-keeping as well as maintaining the facilities to the highest standards. You may also see him out and about on our van delivering to local customers from time to time.

Gary joined Farm Mix in 2022 after previously being a delivery driver for a large supermarket chain for a number of years. Gary delivers to the majority of our customers in and around North Yorkshire. Outside of work, Gary enjoys spending time with his family and going to watch his football team, Kilmarnock.
Steve Ford
Account Manager

Steve has worked in the pig industry for over 35 years in various roles within pig genetics, more recently in direct sales to farmers for breeding stock and AI. Steve promotes and sells the MS Schippers range to farmers and works closely with their team to offer farmers technical, practical and application support for the portfolio. Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and children, planning their next adventure to watch live sport and music.
Lydia Harrison
Strategic Coordinator

Lydia recently joined Farm Mix after some 20 years in pharma (animal health) and has enjoyed sales and country manager positions in the pig and poultry sector. Lydia works on a part time basis so that she can enjoy the North Sea coast with her terrier.
Andrew McFarlane

Andrew joined Farm Mix in early 2023 with a background in customer service and sales operations. He is primarily responsible for processing and dispatching orders, ensuring that they are delivered to our customers when required. Andrew has grown up local to the area and enjoys spending time in the countryside with his dog.
